help with hotmail/outlook account?
my mother in law made a new hotmail account about two months ago & she just came back from a holiday so she is ready to sort it out for her business. The thing is microsoft keeps saying that her account does not exist although i know it does because i was there next to her when she set it up along with a business facebook page. She is unable to log into facebook since she forgot the password but cannot reset it because apparently her email does not exist. I am not sure how to fix this, was hoping someone would have a clue? Thanks.

If you can get a hold of anyone at facebook , they can maybe help you. Sadly, I know from personal experience that there is no fix for this. If Hotmail says the accounts invalid than it was deleted, they usually wait 6 months to delete them. I have an issue where my yahoo was deleted but I have the password to my facebook, when I log in it says to change my email but the problem is , it sends a confirmation link to the old email and if you don't click it , it wont change. lol see the issue? I couldn't get an answer out of facebook but maybe you can.

if she had kept her account inactive for 10 days after signing up or for 270 days after the first access within 10 days of sign up then yes its possible that the account was gone.

to recover the lost Microsoft mail address, try filling this form and send Microsft, they might help you
