Are you sure it was a required field? But it being a spanish tourist entertainer website I guess it doesnt seem to farfetch'd. And after some research on google, they would appear to be legit albeit not a very high traffic (not popular) website. Though this site is only a year old, it may just be in its infancy. Maybe consider another website for jobs is your best route. If you are adamant on signing on with them, perhaps try giving them a call though it may cost a few dollars or so (get a calling card for spain at a convenience store).
