i want to know from which loacation and which ip adress he /she is sending me messages?

There is no way of obtaining their IP. Location might be available only if they update it or post it.

You can always mute the conversation or report the spam to Facebook. Just click the little settings cog button in the top right hand side of the conversation (On computer)

u cant if he/she is disturbing u then block his or her profile or if u want to know about him/her this u can use this method of mine. go to his profile and see the cell number and use to caller to know in whose name the ph no. is registered and his address too.

Facebook Does Not Give Out Users IP Addresses Anywhere on Facebook So Its Not Possible Even if you Were to Get it

It Will Only Tell you the ISP Internet Service Provider and City and State it Wont Give you the Exact Location

if your Being Harrased Block The Person and If They keep Making New Accounts Report them to Facebook

Don't worry dear,
just use FriendFinder app to get location of that person.
You also be reported that person on Facebook.
You just also use your Facebook help option to resolved any issue.
