Internet connection problem please help................?

I m currently using Samsung s3370 and i want to connect to the internet through my pc from dial up connection it shows 628 error i use currently using Tata virgin connection plz help me with full details.

goto start, click on control panel (or however u get to the control panel)
click network and internet connections, click network connections (this is in catagory view, not classic)
right click on the connection that your using to connect to the internet, and click properties
click the advanced tab, click "allow other network users to connect throught this computers internet connection" then apply.
