How do I change my IP address to bypass premium downloading sites?

I'm trying to download a certain file from this download-hosting website called http://www.hidemyass.com (Web Proxy Site) in order to change my IP, however, cookies were disabled on the proxy so I couldn't bypass the Captcha to download my file. Does anyone know a good method of changing/ or masking my IP address to bypass Captcha checks and successfully download from the website? Thanks for your answers!

Buy a good VPN.

Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best VPN review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.

Also fancy VPN sites with instant gratification and setup are subject to getting hacked, like purevpn did last month. Customer emails and names were stolen and used by the hackers.
