No, there are OVAs, but there is no season 2. It's a rumor.

Fans always like to believe that animes will go on forever. I wish my favorite, School Rumble, would have a third season (which was actually SUPPOSED to happen, but they didn't have enough money to continue). But it's only a delusion. Sorry :/

That chart is a rather poorly made fake. You can even tell some of the places where it was photoshopped, not to mention that all the information it provides, apart perhaps for the synopsyses, is fake, inlcuding the images. None of these anime exist as portrayed here. Also, on the same site where the chart you found is, there is this
