When you made the account, anyone that searches your account name should be able to see your pictures.

Also the tags that you added to your pictures, if someone searches for the keywords that you added, they will be able to see your pictures, Titles of the pictures are the same thing.

It's been a long time since I used photobucket, but they might have incorporated a privacy system in there. Sort of like how facebook has. Check and edit that, tho your pictures will still remain in search results for quite some time cause google spider has indexed them.

If your pictures are appearing on other peoples blogs or sites, make sure embedding is off in photobucket.

After you get all your photobucket end privacy changes made, you can look into "deindexing pages" Search that. Either way, google will re crawl it eventually and find meaningless tags and titles and you will be hidden from top search results.
