Slow internet or...!?

Hey! Recently these past days I've noticed that my internet is slow. But in my way i wouldn't define it as slow but more like crazy. It's working properly for one hour and then it starts getting slow and then when i try to open a page it's loading for minutes and then webpage is not available. I'm using google chrome and i've tried searching through mozila and the same story. It says internet connection available but it's strange. What can i do?

The best thing you can do is to contact your ISP. If they fail to respond you may wish to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
