Do you think i should poke him on Facebook?

This guy were i work, he seen my message but not replyed. He's always replied straight away to me but i sent him a long paragraph. It's been one day, he seen it at quarter past one in the night. It's now been one day and he's obviously been online now as he always was on chat. I deleted him and don't want to add him again yet. Shall i poke him as in to say, i didn't mean to be rude or is that to pushy?

Uhmm.. why did you delete him for not replying back? Maybe he didn't have time to reply back after reading it or forgot about it. You should have waited and seen if he would have replied back, or even better - if he didn't reply back, you should have left it like that. It's your decision whether you want to write to him and explain, but to be honest he is probably going to think you were being irrational in the first place. If you don't want to readd him, then I guess there is no reason to let him know why you deleted him in the first place.
