please tell whether there is availability of wireless internet connection in srinagar J&K, lyk tata photon, idea 3g, BSNL 3g, Airtel 3g, aircel 3g. please tell

Because of terrorism many restrictions have been placed in Srinagar. Earlier no prepaid SIM was issued in J&K. I dont think wireless Internet connection would be available there.
