why wont google search find web sight?

They all have submission forms that help it get indexed, though just getting links from sites the search engines already knows is enough to get my sites discovered,

Searching the site name is one of the least useful searches, imaging what user searches would be most relevant to your site and include such phrases in your site content. A jewelry store would certainly want to mention Gold Wedding Ring more than once in their site.

Your site isn't that famous, hence! Increase it's traffic and everything would be fine. . . .

You might have the website address incorrect. You should try searching for content on the website and then you can see if your website address is incorrect.
