Banned from google.Give advice please?
Our SEO company worked for around 1 year to move our website to the fisrt positions in google for a few very competitive keywords and 1 month ago website has been banned! Can someone advice why it could happen and what is the solution? Did they use wrong links? Whose fault is it?.... Please advice

The fault lies with the SEO company. More often than not, SEO's use questionable business processes to raise a site's ranking. When Google discovers questionable practices, they often ban sites. Solutionwise, consider dropping your SEO and try to contact Google (at http://www.google.com/support/bin/request.py). If you convey that someone was acting on your behalf using methods you were unaware of, they may reconsider your case.

What some sites do is open up the same site under a new name. This may or may not work for you. You should consult with your SEO for their input as well.
