Instagram not working?

It tells me "cannot refresh feed" im not the only one, my sister too. I dont think it has to do with my wifi connection, its really annoyng...i reinstalled, i switched off my phone...help!!

It might be either an app error or maybe a website error
the website might be upgrading Instagram so it will
tell you that it might be busy or unable to open

or maybe an app error
sometimes apps have slight error according to the type of phone
the creator of the app is free to choose for which kind of phone should the app work on
like Samsung Galaxy Note
Galaxy S2, S3, S4
the creator chooses the type of phone
btw since you reinstalled it
it means that it is an error from Indtagram itself

it is a temporarily thing
