Can' sign into Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop?
Hi,

I am trying to get in to CC desktop application to update Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Premiere Pro, but when i try to sign in I get the error message,

"Either your computer is offline or the clock on your computer is set incorrectly, causing a connection error. An Internet connection is required. Please connect to the Internet or adjust your clock and try again."

About 3 week ago when I started my computer the clock was on to 2017, I don't know why but i changed it back by syncing it with 'time.windows.com' and that's when the problem started. I have been on here (website under this) and tried to fix it by following a couple of the suggestions to fix it but I still have the problem.

I use Photoshop and Premiere Pro a lot and I would be disappointed if I am unable to update them because there are some new good features that i will not be able to get with out updates.
Also if I can't fix this then if there is a way for me to simply update any of the Adobe CC application then it would be appreciated if you could tell me how.

Thanks in advance Smile

You'll need to call Adobe customer care. something's up!! They're usually quite helpful.

Yes, definitely - when necessary, you don't need to use the Creative Cloud Desktop App to update your CC tools - you can use the direct links instead to do it yourself:

Download Links - All Adobe CC Updates for Windows

Download Links - All Adobe CC Updates for Mac OS
