how to have a internet connection?

hey i am using a broadband connection and i dont like it. I wanna have a personal internet connection like having an internet access point, a router etc. So my question is how can i have a internet connection which is only for me and not from a broadband or a dial up connection???.....plz help me and if i have told anything wrong then tell me about it.....

What sort of problems are you facing at the moment? To setup your own internet connection it will be very expensive. You probably want to get a dedicated leased line from the network service provider to your place. Check with popular network providers in your area on the cost.
