I need uverse where I live?

Who do I contact about getting uverse available where I live. I'm a college student dealing with a mifi box so I have limited wifi. I want to be able to get my stuff done and not worry about if I'm going to go over my limited data. Help me out.

I know its a pain but try finding a local restaurant that offers free wifi to get some of the stuff you need done, This will help avoid using too much of your data limits. (most MickyDs and BK offer free wifi)
