is cox a scam company?

so I am using cox and the internet is so slow. I pay them 35usd monthly for the internet. Based on their information, I should have 5mb internet speed. But when I check my internet speed online, it is only 0.35mb. Can you believe that? It is like I am throwing my money away and most the time I have to go to the library to use the internet.

I checked Web of Trust for you and some other customers have similar thoughts. Although Symantec has given them a seal of approval, this does not mean in any way that they are safe. Just that they do not have malware on their site.
