Why does my iPhone's internet not work?

The internet is connected and receives an average, two to three bars. When I go into the settings and attempt basic trouble shooting (eg. disconnecting then reconnecting) it does nothing.

This only started to happen this afternoon, approx 3-5 hours ago, and this problem has never happened before. My provider is Testra, so perhaps this is a server problem? Although, every other device in the household works perfectly fine from the router.

It appears to allow me to receive messages, as I have gotten notifications from my tumblr app. Also, the internet required apps I have visited are here as listed; tumblr, safari, viber and youtube.

Note: I am not able to change the password of our router due to my father only knowing the password and that he is overseas and will not be back for a month.
