Slow internet connection on one PC but also affects other devices if that PC is turned on?

My PC was working fine yesterday, but this morning it took about half a minute to load up google, i thought it was just the modem, its a 2wire modem, the Internet connection drops regularly, but works after restart. But this time it doesn't work. The speed stayed the same after i restarted the modem 5-6 times. And I discovered the problem wasnt the modem itself, it is my PC. I disconnected my PC from the Internet, then my iPod and other PC starts working, but if i connect my PC to the Internet every devices internet runs super slow. Any help?
