Hellocosplay or Fm-anime...?

So I was thinking of cosplaying Fujisaki Chihiro from Dangan Ronpa. I don't have any free time to make any cosplay right now, and I really would like a trustworthy store. I'm a little picky when it comes to how the outfit looks. So far I found that Hellocosplay's Chihiro dress looked very appealing. I wanted her skirt to have a lot of pleats and this one looks almost perfect! But I've heard Hellocosplay has its up and downs. Lately lots of people right now ( 2013 ) reviews say Hellocosplay has improved.

And then theirs Fm-anime. I honestly think theirs is great too! I could just use my 2 petticots to fluff up the skirt. But I've checked reviews and they too have a more or less 50% chance. I don't know which to choose. If anyone has bought a Chihiro cosplay or any cosplay from these sites please help! If you bought it somewhere else please list the store! I would love to have more trustworthy options.

I've never actually bought a cosplay from a mass producer online, so I really don't know whether those companies are the best, though.
