Is it possible to block a friend seeing pictures on facebook?

Long story short, My best friends girlfriend doesn't like him going out drinking, being social and having a life without her. (Psycho bitch)
I have some amazing pictures of us having fun with groups of people that I want to upload! If she see's them she will flip out on him and me, but I want to tag the people I met and not make it a only me can see them. (And yes I've told him to find a nicer girl)

Is it possible that I can make her not see them and still be friends? or should I just block this psycho? (Note if i block her she will know something is up.)

You don't have to be so mean to her. She is still your bestfriends girlfriend.
