INTERNET CONNECTION PROB?

Well I have my Internet connected it says it on the desktop but when I open chrome google <whatever> it says no Internet connection I have restarted a couple of times! WHAT DO I DO?

You are going to have to go into internet setting on your computer and make sure everything is set up right there.It might be a good idea to get someone to help you if you don't know where they are.The two main places are in internet options,connection tab,Lan setting.The other place to look is in Your network Connection properties.select Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) once there make sure your IP address are set up right.Anything that is set here will override setting in internet options lan setting.

Make sure the hardware drivers are installed. Hardware drivers do get corrupted over time. Open menus, network connections and check the connection that are listed. Check any program that connects to the Internet to make sure they are set correctly. If every thing in the computer is correct, then check all the external hardware for issues and problems. Some people tend to use wireless devices for the Internet and need to let people know that is what they are doing, because that tends to be another issue. Do what the other answer has said. I'm not familiar whit Google Chrome Web Browsers or <whatever>. Is this actually a Desktop computer?
