Have a look at face books API which is available in the developer section. But without meaning to be rude. If you think this can be achieved in HTML then your a long way off such projects. HTML by definition is simply a way of displaying layout. It is not a method of coding.

If you're by any chance using wordpress, I'd recommend you to use some plugins, there are free ones that will do what you need. Definetly, it cannot all be done just in HTML. Good luck!

there isnt a way to write html code that will post to facebook, you have to use their tools to prevent spam and abuse
