Well! Looks like we are on the fast route to development now. After failure of our economic policies, we have decided to act like China. Maybe this socialist regime will will help us reach the 7.5% growth that we have set for ourselves.

They are taking action against the arrows , leaving out the Archer .However , it amounts to stifling the freedom of expression . if it hurts somebody , let them file a complaint against the person who writes any article that hurts him.the State should have no need to intervene 'suo motto' . The state can act only on a specific complaint under a specific law .. May be the state itself is affected by some criticism that can not be disproved . I think that no disruption of public peace has been reported because of some opinions published in some web sites . It is like an exchange of views among members of some specific groups that no one has the right to stifle . If it specifically hurts somebody , Individuel or a group they , should proceed against the writer before a court of law . It may not be right to take ation against the service providers who are like a wall on which some people stick the posters expressing their opinions .The service providers are not different from post men,.Suppose some body sends you a communication abusing you and sends it by post ,.will you or can you , under any law hold the post man to have a vicarious responsibility and proceed against him ? You will have to proceed against the sender of the abusive communication only and not against the post man.The post man can only be a witness if need be.So is the position of the service providers .
They can not be going through all that millions of people post every day in the particular site . If they do it it will be like tampering with the views of the writers and would be amenable to action for tempering with their opinion.
Anyhow, most Governments commit mistakes and that is why they are the biggest litigant in the country.
Our Government should not follow the foot steps of the Chinese communist dictatorial Government It should leave the matter to be dealt with by individuals and groups affected, to proceed against the writers concerned .The web sites might be required to provide the address and details of the writers posting any offensive material.but can not be proceeded against .
The post man is not liable for punishment for carrying and delivering any abusive letter sent by somebody.
