If you like a photo on instagram, but immediately unlike it, will the person get a notification?

I did some research and i'd like someone to confirm this for me. Say this person has an instagram app on their iphone, but their push notifications (such as banners, alerts etc.) for instagram are off. If I unliked it immediately, according to what i read online, they won't know that i like their photo. However, if they have push notifications on, they will get some sort of alert that tells them i liked their photo, but when they go into the app there will be no sign of it. Is is true?

it all depends on their settings - some people get en email for each notification - there's no way to avoid that

Yes, they will get a notification.

Yes, when you like that photo, a notification is send to everyone of your friend.
But whenever you unlike, no notification is sending.
It's a default feature of Facebook.
