Connect your computer to the internet through a wired connection, then check that the drivers are up to date.

Download the drivers. If you have another computer or a way to download files from the internet. Googgle your computer model name with drivers at the end, or if you built it, Google driverrs for your motherboard. You will want to be looking for Network drivers.
