Where can i download Facebook messenger for windows pc and have it work?

Ok so i would like to download facebook messenger for windows. https://www.facebook.com/about/messenger

a week or 2 ago when i when to download it i was able to download it to my desktop i accendently deleted it and no when i go ive back to the same site it now give me links to download windows facebook messenger it only give links to download from the app store for android and apple. so theyve changed the sight. but even when i visit the windows messenger page that shows pitures of it being on desktops i press the link and takes me back to the page were i download it for a phone. its really pissing me off. i have windows 7 which it says i need. i have taken a direct link from this page

You Can Try Getting it From This Link But its Probably a Older Version tho Of Facebook Messenger So it Mite have Some Bugs in it
