I need some help with eBay!?
I've sold a few times on eBay with no problem & received positive feedback from every buyer. I sent a package off earlier this week and put a tracking number (Like I always do) for the buyer. (9114901159818770699986) Is the tracking number and it says the package was delivered to the buyer yesterday. She has messaged me twice saying she never received her package, now I have my first negative feedback, & she's threatening to file a claim against me for a refund.

I don't know if she's lying about getting her package or not, I don't know what to do. Have anyone had a similar situation? What should I do now?

You email her back and tell her you have the tracking number and proof that the package was delivered. If she didn't get it - she takes it up with UPS. I would ask her how she knows it was delivered at all. And she can look up the tracking number and see that it was. And negative feedback works both ways. You can leave negative feedback for her as well.

You answer any complaint to eBay by telling them you have a tracking number and proof that the package was delivered. You ask them to remove negative feedback.
