what is blocked.com and why the hell is it blocking my Internet!'?

Hey guys,
So I used feature points to get some free gift cards. But I just pressed the app today and it was blocked by blocked.com?! Wtf is blocked.com!?
My parents don't usually set up blocks. They trust me with the Internet. My dad would of told me if he set up this crap, so what is it, a virus!? My mum does press ads sometimes, could that be it?

Blocked.com is a miniature DDos software. In short, it kicks you right offline and you can do nothing about it. Just wait it out; the block should be lifted within an hour to a week. Your parents didn't do this, some person just didn't want people on that app.
