Random Blank Firefox Windows Pop Up?

So just as the title says, when browsing the internet from time to time come up these random Firefox Windows that are blank and the web address on the Window is strange, it says this:

I have ad-blocker on and it dosent fix it, what is causing this and how do I fix it?

Try to add the web address into ad blocker's block list. it will prevent the windows from opening.
