You can't. If it's not your site, you don't have access to that information.

There is the odometer style hit counters you can put on a page with a little free code.

A more accurate approach that can report unique visitors rather than page views and can show a map of where they came from is the free version of Statcounter.com you only have to past in a couple of links of code, I do the invisible counter and access their control panel to see the stats.
