Internet & Software Install Problem?

Hello, Recently I re-installed Windows 7 because My Computer was suffering from some virus problems and one of the HP Support centre executive asked me to do this.

But now the problem is, I am not able to access most of the sites in Chrome & Internet Explorer.
When I try to open a site via google search or directly then It says, "Oops! Google Chrome could not find..." and in Internet Explorer "Diagnose Connection Problem".

Also, I tried to install some software e.g. Java Plugin, Microsoft Live Essentials & both come up with an error and remain not installed.

These things are happening 7 out 10 times and frequently. I am not able to find out any solution.

Please help me to troubleshoot this!

Check your Time zone and time setting in Computer, correct your time settings

if it doesn't work

The "Diagnostic connection Problem" program does not run correctly when you use a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer in a 64-bit version of Windows Vista, and there is no Internet connection
