Window cannot start the windows firewall/Internet Connection Sharing(ICS) service???
WINXP SP2

Window firewall cannot be displayed because the associate services is not running. Do you want to start the windows firewall/internet connection sharing(ICS) services?

It give you the option to choose yes or no. I chose yes.

It comes back says Window cannot start the windows firewall/Internet Connection Sharing(ICS) service.

To configure Internet options for Internet Connection Sharing
Open Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Connections tab, click Never dial a connection, and then click LAN Settings.
In Automatic configuration, clear the Automatically detect settings and Use automatic configuration script check boxes.
In Proxy Server, clear the Use a proxy server check box.
