What internet is ideal for me for playing hearthstone and LoL?
I realize the second one is way better but will the first option be sufficent for basically all online gaming?
FIRST OPTION

Second.
Even though League doesn't take up that much internet I highly doubt the only thing you will be doing is Hearthstone and League. You will probably on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Twitch etc which takes up some usage quick.
Also the second option is a lot faster which can make for a wonderful way for downloading stuff.
