I need help asap with my Twitter account!?

So basically i deactivated Twitter 2 days ago and reactivated a day ago and my followers all vanished and they havent come back yet, apparently i've unfollowed everyone and they've unfollowed me, but apparently the following counts come back and it takes 24 hours to come restore but it's been 24 hours, would it be because my Twitter account was on private that now all my followers are lost or what? i'm really angry because i had 1217 followers and i worked hard for those in a short amount of time, when other people look at my profile they see that my account looks fine but when i log in, its not and apparently we are still following each other but it's not showing that we follow each other. We can't DM either so i'm confused really confused and i really need to sort this other wise i am going to deactivate twitter for good. I'M ALREADY WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM TWITTER BUT THEY ARE NOT HURRYING UP. Please can someone help me.

if you Have a Lot it May Take a Little Bit Longer you Have to Be Patient and Wait For them to Come Back There is Nothing Else you Can Do you Cant Speed up The Process
