NEED HELP WITH FACEBOOK PASSWORD?!?!!!?

I've had the same Facebook account forever but I no longer have my email I use to login. I use my phone number to log in and I've forgotten my password. Since resetting password requires email how do I reset it now..? I use Facebook mobile too and I got logged out and now I'm stuck on the login part when you open the app. iPod touch too

You may help by PC, you put your ID & password then login, if doesn't work, then you may click on forgot password. After it you may fill up the form, then submit the form, then you can get new password in your E-Mail inbox or your phone.
