Google Chrome not working at school but working at home?

My google chrome which is on my macbook air is working at my home internet but it is not working at all in my school internet.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
I took it to the school technicians and they couldn't fix it.
I tried restarting it, reinstalling google chrome and the school recommends google chrome since it is fast. My Safari works at school and home but google chrome only works at school

May be blocked Chrome, or not install in PC.
But You can open sites with "Internet Explorer". This is default browser for window, so you can use it...
