Can The Elderscrolls online can be able to run on a pc with high specs but no internet anyway ?
I want to play this game as I am very admired by the previous version of this game serious . My pc is able to run this game smoothly but I have a poor internet connectivity and internet plan . My modem is of MTNL . I have tried to run many games like Aliens colonial marines but unable to get any player to play with . Please let me know that if I can play Elderscoll online on my pc and if there is any campaign mode.

there is a 100% solo single player story line, but you need an active internet connection at all times to play here is a link to that
