You cannot accurately know which is really without knowing the person IRL. If you know the person In Real Life, you can ask her personally to direct you to the real Facebook profile.

You can also check for the profile with the biggest amount of legit information, and perhaps that's the true profile.

You cannot really tell but if you want you could go to thier profile then click the icon thing on their cover photo then press "report as a fake name " and facebook rules say theywill delete the account if it is not thier REAL identity
