How do i get my Adsense back?

I had Google AdSense for a while then i deleted it because i had no use for it and now i got partner ship on youtube and i need it and when i try to login this message came up. You're signed into your Google Account but this is not a valid AdSense login. If you're an AdSense Publisher, try signing in using your AdSense email and password. i knew it was deleted and i tried to make it again and they replied that i still have that account any help?

Hi Nathan,
why don't you try signing up again? and see if it works? otherwise send and email to the contact support and tell them about your quiry. i had an adsense too and it was banned for the illegal activity which i didn't do nothing wrong. i had that for more than 2 years now and just recently got banned then i appealed but still i didn't made it. this can happened that too many users at the same time with the same IP and i heard that you can get it back if you use other mailing address, i don't know if that works i didn't try anyway.
