Do you know the best way to get followers on twitter?

i have found that instead of using all the methods following and unfollowing and cheating the systems or paying for followers..
the easiest way to do it is to pretend you're a celebrity, say one of the jonasbrothers, at this time, they don't even have a verified account yet.. and within mins, you start getting followed by ppl and they get more and more each day without you doing anything or even following anyone!
when you think you have enough followers, just change the name and username and delete all the posts!

The way tht i get people to follow me is to
talk to normal, not famous people and just talk
then later on in the convo, just say "hey, can you tell ppl to follow me? I will tell ppl to follow you!"

Another way i am getting followers is to answer questions here!
Since i know how to use twitter now, i help them and at the end of my answer i say
"Hey follow me! http://www.twitter.com/CelinaWasHere !!"
