Internet connection problem! .. Please Help?
My internet connection won't work on my laptop, if my brother is on the internet on his laptop.
I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7.

I think it might be a 'sharing' problem, but im not sure.

If anyone knows what might be worng, could you please help ? Thanks.
It's UPC.. It's an irish internet company
