Companies would only be looking for worker listing for hard to find high value rocket scientists, CEOs, not bean pickers.

If you do have special high demand skills, you should for one thing have a linked-in page, it's sort of the Facebook for professionals.


There are head hunter sort of employment agencies who actively seek certain skilled personal...
