Help, I started a new job and my boss wants me to add him on Facebook?

My boss is a computer nerd and he's into everything hi tech. He's the owner of the company I work for and has the company's website, blog, youtube, facebook and so on, all over the internet for marketing purposes. He tries to get al his employees to join Facebook, rate the companys videos on youtube and make comments on the blogs and the websites. I do have my personal Facebook and youtube accounts which I use only with family and close friends; I certainly don't want him or anyone else in the company to read my personal stuff, and mix my private life with my work life. What can I do? Do you have any advice?

love tell him just that. that you dont mix business with pleasure but that you are willing to make a new account that would be a work account and he will understand.

You should create another job oriented account on all those websites so you can add him but keep your personal life to yourself.
