My Facebook payments + ads got blocked due to "hacked account" so now?
About 48h ago I got notified by Facebook that my account might have been compromised, so to protect me they have blocked all my payments + all my current ads.

I followed the steps they told me to do, such as changing password etc. And also I have send them a form to reactivate my payments, in that form they also asked me for a photo of my ID, so I've send them a photo of my passport and told them that nothing has happend to my account and it was probably a misunderstanding.

I still did not get any reply from Facebook about reactivating my payments and I really need my campaigns to start running again, I tried finding ways of contacting Facebook but it seems like they don't give a f*** about their users and have no customer support.

Did this happen to anyone here and is there anything else I could do to speed up the proccess of reactivating my payments?

There is Nothing Else You Can Do Facebook Does Not Offer Tech Support So you Have to Wait Til Facebook Responds To your Report Hopefully They Will Restore your Ads

You are right about Facebook. Such a big company but if you are running ads on them, you can easily reach out to their customer service. We ran some ads for out http://www.passport-photos.net and could easily reach live agents on 1-800-601-0077 or request a callback. However I am worried for you. I hope some hackers have not posed as Facebook to you and asked you to send credit card/bank account, photo id etc. This is normally referred to as Phising.
See details here https://www.facebook.com/help/www/217910864998172

Take care. Hope I am wrong and you are not safe.
