To fix a filter / modifier through the famous social websites like Y!A to remove all offensive words / materials / objects sent and hurt human being feelings and manners specially our kids and elderly and to launch a good communiaction area free from impolite objects or uncivil words or even violent speech .

Answers, this site is only meant for tweens 13 and up, but occasionally, younger users appear on site, or trolls under pseudo names, same with many other sites, it is a good thing that many sites do block youth, but in some instances like this, where Safe Internet day is being promoted, that there doesn't seem to be redirect for youth to access and communicate to themselves on these issues, there was Yahooholigans or Yahoo!Kids, but thats been closed and changed over to Y! mobile services, or Family bundle services, ( http://mobile.yahoo.com/ )

It brings people from all parts of the globe closer and allows them a medium through which they can share and connect and share ideas.....it has revolutionized business communications and transactions like nothing before has.

Undoubtedly it is a noble initiative to sensitize people of netiquette or ethics ....however the very nature of the internet defeats any enforcement of regulation globally...although nations can implement their own policies and would be specific to that domain only.

There are so many pros of internet that they tend to overwhelm the cons ....but some of those cons are potentially more damaging by virtue of their easy access ....the biggest challenge for the internet today and future is to focus content sharing on the appropriate age group of audience
