I can't follow people on tumblr!?

I can't follow people on tumblr!?
As of yesterday night I couldn't follow people on tumblr anymore! I've tried following on the computer and even on my phone none of it is working once I click follow it'll show that it did but once i leave the page it unfollows them help!

There might be some glitches with tumblr.
