Follow these steps:

1)Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

2)Select Tools.

3)Select Encoding.

4)Pick one of the encodings listed or choose Auto detect. If you choose to auto detect, Google Chrome analyzes the content on the page to recommend the most suitable encoding. For the fastest browsing experience, we recommend turning off the auto detect mode after you leave the webpage.

If this doesn't help, it's likely you're missing the necessary fonts to display the text properly.

If you're trying to display East Asian languages, right-to-left languages, or other languages that use complex scripts on Windows.

1)Click the Start menu on your computer taskbar.

2)Select Control Panel.

3)Double-click Regional and Language Options.

4)Click the Languages tab.

5)Select both checkboxes in the "Supplemental language support" section.

6)Click OK. Your computer will proceed with the installation of new fonts.

You can also follow these Windows XP instructions or Windows Vista instructions to install new fonts on your computer.
