Is Gener8xion Entertainment still in business?

I am a stock holder of GNXE and don't know if Gener8xion Entertainment is still in business. I no longer can find an active web page. I am aware that the GNXE is no longer traded on the stock market. I contacted TBN and they told me they didn't know.
If this company is out of business I would like to know, so I can right off the long term loss on my income taxes.
