What do you do if your facebook account gets hacked?
My facebook account has been sending out messages with links to all of my friends, without my knowing. I originally got one of those links from someone else, and I clicked on it. I'm pretty sure that was spam and the cause of my facebook hacking. I changed my password, but I don't know if that will do anything, because I'm pretty sure it was a computer that hacked my account. Is there anything else I should/can do?
Those who are telling me to contact Facebook...how do I do that?

Contact Facebook. Have your PC checked for Spyware.

Usually just changing your password should help. You might want to change your email address too. If it continues, it would probably be a good idea to just inactivate your account and start another one. Hope this helps! :]

Did it say something about your friend is in a video?

Try malwarebytes to clean up your computer.
Go to http://www.download.com and search for the free version of malwarebytes

Note - the virus I had didn't like me downloading from malwarebytes and aborted the operation. I had to fight to just get it. If you can't download it, have a friend download the small file and e-mail it to your system. Then you can save it and finish the install.

I think it isn't hacked. I think it is a virus, a facebook virus. It is new, but it has afected more facebook users. Only pethatic hackers will hack facebook accounts just to send message. But it can be. If you want to dump the virus, just replace your password.

good luck.
